 dsgen - generate a dataset description

SYNOPSIS
 dsgen [ds]nnn.n

DESCRIPTION
 dsgen generates the dataset description for the specified RDA dataset.

 [ds]nnn.n The dataset number, optionally prepended with "ds".

EXAMPLES
 dsgen 093.0

 Generates the dataset description for dataset ds093.0.
