As part of the ongoing consolidation of the RDA and DASH Jira Help Desks, the RDA Jira Help Desk will be temporarily unavailable starting at 5:00 PM MDT on August 25, 2025.

When service resumes on August 26, 2025, the Help Desk will be relaunched under a new name: DATAHELP (datahelp@ucar.edu). All existing links, emails and portals that previously directed to the RDA Jira Help Desk will automatically redirect to the new DATAHELP page.

Any requests submitted during the downtime will be addressed once the Help Desk is back online.
