The DASH, RDAHELP and DATAHELP Jira Help Desks will be temporarily unavailable starting at 5 PM MDT, August 27th, 2025. When service resumes, all help desks will be merged into DATAHELP.

All existing links, emails, and portals that previously directed to the DASH or RDA Jira Help Desks will automatically redirect to the new DATAHELP page. Any requests submitted during the downtime will be addressed once the Help Desk is back online.
