read_ascii.f UNIX access for unblocked character format (may be used with the 'GLOBAL set' data file)
read_cosb.f UNIX access for COS-blocked packed binary format (the character version is usually chosen for workstation use, but the binary version can be provided and this is the program to access it. No sample data file will be provided unless one is requested.)
read_bin.qsub CRAY access for packed binary format
